Labdox Private Limited Hiring For Academic Counsellor at Pune, Maharashtra Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Academic counsellor with experience in enlisting students from schools/ universities and coaching institutes through webinars /visits for Admissions in overseas universities.

Roles & Responsibilities: The Key role is building contacts with Universities, Colleges, and Coaching Institutes to enlist students interested in overseas education. Must be willing to meet Heads / Training and placement officers in both colleges, universities, and training institutes.

The other roles are as below :

• Demonstrate expertise in shortlisting partner universities according to the student profile and ensure documentation along with visa processing guidelines
• Provide effective counseling and application service to students who are looking for overseas education
• Coordinate with students and universities to ensure the smooth processing of applications
• Assist in the application process, making a checklist of required documents, SoP, CV and Essay analysis or reviews, guidance for LoRs, Financial aid documents, etc., within deadlines.
• Assist in the Visa application process, making a checklist of required documents, guidance for obtaining financial proof, advice for Visa interviews and functions, etc.
• Ready to travel outside the workplace and during work hours.
• Support execution of the destination-wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.
• Build strong student support through 100% compliance with application processes.
• Effectively implement global priority projects at the country/office.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role
• Complete knowledge of overseas education counseling
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work and operate in a team
• Should have own vehicle to commute
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Regional languages
• Good Listening and Interpersonal skills.

Salary: ₹10,372.24 – ₹45,777.40 per month
