We are looking for a Junior Researcher to join our team in India. This role can be worked on a remote basis, or if you are located closer to the office in Thane, you are welcome to work onsite. If you are analytically minded, love working with data and have excellent communication skills this role could be perfect for you!

Purpose of the Role

The successful candidate will gain a broad understanding of Kynetec. You will learn how to conduct professional project management and analysis for syndicated data studies in the Southeast Asia region and India.

Responsibilities will include:

Project Execution:

• To support project management: working with field work agencies, coordinate with colleagues from Research & Data project programming team for data collection, cleaning & processing activities
• Translation and programming checks, monitoring field work coordination, prepare guidelines for field work agencies and the data programming team
• Support the quality check of syndicated studies data

Analytics & Reporting:

• To populate reports, create graphic presentation of data, prepare and modify excel spreadsheets
• Support with translating client requirements into analysis design and data cuts
• Looking for trends in syndicated data and prepare graphic reports with commentary and analytical insights

Skills required:

• Bachelor/master degree
• Market research & agronomy experience is highly desirable
• Basic research skills
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Basic knowledge in statistics
• Good communication skills
