Are You Up To The Challenge?

As a Senior Producer you have a passion for mobile games, knowledge of the industry and great management skills to help our development team to produce the best games. You’ll be instrumental in making sure everything runs smoothly in our Casual Mobile games.

Your Team Mates

Working within the Casual Games team you join a multi-national crew who are united by a common goal of trying to make the games we work first class experiences from a gameplay, visual and marketing perspective as best as we can. Passion for our products is what drives us, and we encourage a team entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset that makes everyone on the project a voice to be heard.

What Does The Job Actually Involve?
Working with the game leads, creating and maintaining roadmaps for feature and content delivery and ensuring the development team is on track against this plan.
Coordination with Design and Product functions to create and manage the user stories in our backlog of planned work.
Liaise with departments around the company to ensure the development team has everything they need to be successful – removing blockers as they arise.
Being the most informed person on the project at all times. Nothing escapes your gaze.

Your Hard Skills
5+ years in Game Production roles, ideally in F2P games featuring Live Operations.
A true facilitator who brings people together to solve the key challenges a game faces.
Able to facilitate all of the core Scrum ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives etc
Understand the interdependencies between a core team and support teams adjacent to the development of the game and the importance these teams play in the bigger picture delivery of a successful game
Experience of agile project management methodologies, ideally Scrum Master certified.
Able to deconstruct complex requirements and identify what needs to be done by different parts of the team to deliver the end goal.
A “self-starter” mentality coupled with pragmatism – someone who thrives on having autonomy and being left to get the job done well.
A strong interest in mobile games and play them daily
