As an Administrator you have administrative experience and excellent communication skills. You’d be taking care of anything related to the Bangalore office .

You would be working on general admin tasks and assisting with a wide variety of office tasks.

“I’m the go to person for any admin help that anyone might need and I’m making sure that the office is comfortable and loved by everyone in the team!”

What you will really be doing

  • Support for the office management including facilities, security, relocation/expansion and liaise with external contractors

  • Administration work related to the office, software and hardware/equipment

  • Events and travel arrangements coordination

  • Reception and telephone duties

  • To ensure timely stationery procurement as per user’s requirement.

  • Coordinate Meetings/Visits / Annual Activities.

  • Office-Stock Management,

  • Ensure preparedness for any crisis/accident/incident through employee awareness, and proper coordination with the stakeholders for smooth business continuity.

  • Ensure and build professional relationships with Internal and External stakeholders for smooth business operation.


How you will be doing this

  • You’ll be part of an agile, multidisciplinary and creative team and work closely with them to make our games as fun as they can be.

  • You’ll think creatively and be motivated by challenges and constantly striving for the best.

  • You’ll work with cutting edge technology, if you need software or hardware to get the job done efficiently, you can get it. We even have a robot!


Team

Our talented team is our signature. We have a highly creative atmosphere with around 150 staff where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute daily to important design and technical decisions. You’ll work within an extremely experienced and passionate team, including David Darling and the creator of the Micro Machines video games.

Skills and requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role

  • Dynamic and able to multitask in a fast paced environment

  • Good knowledge of administration

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Passion for games would be a plus
