Job Role: Primary Teacher
Qualifications: Candidates should have a Graduation degree in any discipline. B.Ed. in Education. In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of curriculum areas, research, and educational trends in Education.
Skills: The candidate must have the required subject knowledge and expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Brief description:
• Deliver the required curriculum; demonstrating accurate and up-to-date knowledge of curriculum and subject matter.
• Plan and deliver quality lessons to motivate students. Create and utilize appropriate materials and the classroom environment to cater to different learning styles.
• Establish and maintain records of curriculum and year plans, attendance, teaching resources, assessment plans, etc., and share them from time to time or on request.
• Implementation of destinations & milestones & related strategies, Lesson Plans, Worksheets, class & home assignments.
• Preparation for instruments of assessment and implementation of weekly, unit, term, and Annual plans for assessment and evaluation according to defined criteria.
• Giving appropriate, meaningful, and accurate feedback to students, both qualitative and quantitative, as per School Policy.
• Ensure the Kunskapsskolan policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all times.
• Participate in Appraisal and Professional development (PD).
• Participate and attend and lead where appropriate, the co-curricular, events, staff meetings, and extra-curricular programmes in the school. Promote good working relationships through active leadership and the sharing of ideas, materials, and experiences.
