We are seeking a Maths Teacher to join our team at Kukulkan Manpower Consultancy. As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematical education to students in Theni, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time position suitable for fresher candidates to 1 years of experience in teaching Maths.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Ed or Mathematics
• Proven experience in teaching Maths to students.
• Excellent knowledge of mathematical concepts and principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Patience and the ability to work effectively with diverse students.
• Proficiency in using technology and educational software for teaching.
• Organizational and time management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging math lesson plans for students.
• Deliver instruction in various mathematical concepts, including algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics.
• Assess and evaluate students’ mathematical abilities through formal and informal assessments.
• Create a positive learning environment that fosters students’ mathematical skills and understanding.
• Identify and address individual learning needs and provide remedial support when necessary.
• Utilize technology and interactive resources to enhance student learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and performance.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students’ academic progress.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.
