As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students in a CBSE school. This is a full-time position with a Junior level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years. The job is located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field
• Teaching certification or diploma in Education
• 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school
• Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and English language standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
• Passionate about teaching and fostering a love for the English language
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective English language instruction to students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials that address the individual learning needs of students
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and promotes critical thinking
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their language development
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs and activities
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and progress
