Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team at our Calicut branch. The Academic Counselor will play a pivotal role in guiding and assisting students throughout their educational journey at The Kreative Academy. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and can inspire students to excel in their chosen fields.

Key Responsibilities: –

• Provide information and guidance to prospective students regarding our Digital Marketing and UI/UX courses.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to understand their career goals and aspirations.
• Advise students on course selection, program benefits, and career prospects.
• Assist students in the application and enrollment process.
• Organise and conduct informational sessions and workshops to promote our courses.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with academic policies.
• Address student concerns, inquiries, and issues professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and program updates to provide accurate information to students.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong counselling and advisory abilities.

– Knowledge of the Digital Marketing and UI/UX industry is a plus.

– Previous counselling or customer service experience is preferred.

– Enthusiastic, approachable, and empathetic demeanour.
