### What is the recruitment process:

As a small team (^40 folks), it’s imperative that we get to know each other before taking the leap. We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. Each conversation (telephonic/video conference) with us will last about 30-60 minutes. Typically the whole process takes between 4 – 14 business days depending on your and our schedules. The process will occur over telephonic calls, so you don’t need to worry about travel.

1. Setting expectations: This will be a call to understand your background and profile briefly and see to which roles it matches up to.

2. Written Assignment: This is a short assignment to make sure that you meet the standards required in the job.

3. Technical conversation I & II : This will be a telephonic call with our current Program management team wherein you can expect to be evaluated on your management skills and other competencies needed for the job (mentioned below).

4. Culture fit conversation: A telephonic conversation with one of our founders to ensure that there is a fit with the Kraftshala Kode.

5. Extending an offer: If all goes well, we will extend an offer mentioning the relevant details.

### Compensation & Benefits:

  • You should expect a stipend of INR 12,000/ month for the internship duration of six months
  • If you are made an offer to join us full time, the joining will be immediate and you can expect a job offer of INR 4.5 lakhs/ annum, with an 80-20 split between fixed and variable salary. 1 out of 2 interns have historically converted the internship into a full-time offer.

### Sales Intern – Role Description

### What you will be doing:

Kraftshala runs training programs for working professionals, graduates, and business school students. As an Intern – Program Management, your goal would be to lead and execute various activities towards an excellent learning experience for our students. If you draw energy and satisfaction by helping people become a better version of themselves and have a knack for problem-solving, this is the role for you.

Managing end-to-end Admissions process

To maintain and further improve our support to the applicants applying to our program, you will be acting as a counsellor to help them with their doubts and queries once they have applied for the program.

  • Ensuring students have all their doubts and concerns clear .
  • To make sure that all the queries received on our chat portals are being timely and aptly answered.
  • To build intent amongst the students applying for the program.
  • To call the selected students for the lead quality check and make sure that their application process is handled seamlessly.

Duration: 6 months

### Must-Have Skills:

  • Ability to clearly and crisply communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing.
  • Patience, listening skills and problem solving abilities are a must.
  • Ability to be careful and persistent with the work
  • A working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) and comfort with the general usage of tools and technologies that support process automation
  • Empathy and a high Emotional Quotient to actively engage with students, understand & solve their queries
  • A user-focused mindset to design processes and activities to deliver an outstanding experience to all stakeholders
  • A knack for getting things done to ensure timely resolution of all user challenges

### Good to Have Skills

  • A structured approach to problem-solving, which involves struggling with the problem until you are able to isolate the Why before coming to the solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results to independently manage a set of programs

### Location:

While our office is in Delhi, we are working remotely till March 2022. We are perfectly okay if you’d prefer to work remotely even after the Covid crisis recedes.
