Job Description

• Scoping and prioritization of enhancements and implementation of new Anaplan product features and balance between technical debt to ensure stability of the models.
• Triage, review and collaborate with stakeholders to adequately understand their issue or change request before implementing a solution.
• As the first point of contact for end user problems, provide tier 1 support by either solving their problem, teaching them how to solve on their own.
• Perform administrative FP&A functions in the Anaplan models. i.e. Reconciling differences between Anaplan and source systems, granting user access, snapshots.
• Understand end-to-end FP&A business processes and how the Anaplan models operate within that process.
• Contribute to various communications and progress updates to the business and technical team
• Organize and conduct user acceptance testing with end users to ensure on-time releases.
• Provide hands-on training to end users to facilitate adoption of the Anaplan models. Create training materials and contribute to FAQs.
