Role & responsibilities
- Working as support function at kmbl irda support desk for external certification ie. IRDA SP training and certification, related process for Bank employees who solicit insurance business.
- Handling kmblirdadesk helpdesk id, for queries from bank staff with reference to applications received.
- Coordinating with external training and exam institutes, product team , Inv ops team, training team and others for processing of SP certification data and docs.
- Managing data and document storage and reconciliation of the same for records
- Preparing MIS for various activities under the process
