Roles and Responsibilities
a) To manage training and development objectives of mapped employees and clusters.
b) To ensure optimal training converge to realized desired sales and product mix objectives.
c) To plan the training calendar and ensure execution as per plan and training needs and agreed agenda for the month.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-4 years of experience in Life Insurance Training or 3 years of Life Insurance Sales experience.
