Position: Branch Training Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Training Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the training initiatives for our outbound sales (tele sales) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training, a deep understanding of outbound sales techniques, and the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.

Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for outbound sales representatives.

Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia visual aids.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.

Onboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they acquire the necessary product knowledge, sales skills, and company culture understanding.

Collaborate with other departments to integrate product knowledge and market insights into training modules.

Sales Techniques and Methodologies:

Develop and deliver training on effective outbound sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.

Stay abreast of the latest sales methodologies and incorporate them into training programs to enhance the team’s performance.

Performance Evaluation:

Implement tools and processes to assess the effectiveness of training programs.

Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.

Continuous Improvement:

Monitor and analyze sales team performance to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with sales leadership to address training gaps and develop solutions for continuous improvement.

Technology Integration:

Stay current with sales technology tools and platforms; integrate them into training programs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of technology into the sales training process.

Collaboration and Communication:

Foster open communication channels to gather feedback and insights from the sales team for ongoing improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in Tele Sales Training or 5 Years of experience in Outbound Tele sales with minimum 2 years of Team lead experience in the same field.
