DESIGNATION Teacher Associate

LEVEL Trainee/Officer
REPORTING TO Project Head /Manager

ROLE DESCRIPTION Teaching spoken English to secondary section school students in partner schools.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Teaching

• Teaching spoken English to secondary section in partner schools
• Learning platform activities
• Doing assessment and reviews through pre-test and post test

Documentation &Reporting

• Follow all reporting systems strictly , daily/weekly/monthly
• Maintain attendance and log sheets,
• Maintaining and recording all data as per internal processes
• Attending team meetings regularly

Relationship (Internal &External)

• Maintain good rapport with school Student/ teachers and parents.
• Very effective internal co-ordination, communication and ability to work as a member of large teams.

Training &Development

• Contribute with ideas to improve teaching methodologies.
• Participate in the regular training program organized for the team.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS :

B.Ed/D.Ed/Graduate Fresher or exp

1-3 years in teaching english

18-40

WORK SKILLS School related teaching experience preferable with primary school willing to travel to slum area schools

Excellent English, Communication in local language, basic computer skills

ATTRIBUTES Creative, good communicator, patient, disciplined.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS :

NATURE OF JOB Permanent on payroll/Contract

LOCATION HO

HOURS OF WORK 6/8 hours 6 days a week

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
