POSITION: Teacher Associate

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Teaching spoken English to secondary section school students in partner schools.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Teaching

• Teaching spoken English to secondary section in partner schools
• Learning platform activities
• Doing assessment and reviews through pre-test and post test

Documentation & Reporting

• Follow all reporting systems strictly, daily/weekly/monthly
• Maintain attendance and log sheets,
• Maintaining and recording all data as per internal processes
• Attending team meetings regularly

Relationship (Internal & External)

• Maintain good rapport with school Student/ teachers and parents.
• Very effective internal co-ordination, communication and ability to work as a member of large teams.

Training & Development

• Contribute with ideas to improve teaching methodologies.
• Participate in the regular training program organized for the team.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: B.Ed/D.Ed/Graduate

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 1+ year, Freshers can be considered

AGE 18-40

WORK SKILLS: School related teaching experience preferable with primary school willing to travel to slum area schools

OTHER SKILLS: Excellent English, Communication in local language, basic computer skills

ATTRIBUTES: Creative, good communicator, patient, disciplined.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS :

NATURE OF JOB: Contractual – 1 year

LOCATION Central/ Western Suburbs Mumbai

HOURS OF WORK: 6 hours, 6 days a week

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
