Role Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

Integrating technology in pedagogy to improve teaching and student learning outcomes in academic subjects.
Providing mentorship, and contributing specialized knowledge to the team of coordinators and teachers for capacity building
Recommending digital technology based solutions and determining content/pedagogy requirements in educational software. Ensuring target beneficiaries are integrating digital technology solutions offered in their pedagogy of the subject and supporting in their upskilling and capacity building.
Determining whether digital technology solutions meet defined requirements of the project.
Verifying the content (digital/ non digital) and services provided by the content vendor based on SCERT syllabus, technical reference information, including user guides, training manuals
Drawing insights related to beneficiary performance by working closely with data function/team
Documenting processes related to the teacher training, implementations by the teachers, content evaluation and dissemination

Candidate Specification:
Education Qualification Bachelor of Science/ Maths & Bachelor of Education (B. Ed)
OR
Masters of Science/ Maths/ Education Technology with relevant experience

Experience:

5+ years of experience of teaching in schools with Maharashtra State Board curriculum.

Working skills /Requirements:

Experience in designing teacher training/content for teachers and students of secondary school.
Proficient in digital technologies and is a user of software tools in day to day teaching and
work.
Skilled in technology-pedagogy integration
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Good communication skills oral and written preferably in English
Team player and collaborator
Punctual and flexible in the field.
Physical reporting to office/ schools as per project requirement.
