ROLE DESCRIPTION:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Class observations and qualitative feedback for the team
• Managing supervisors and overseeing and supervising the processes in School
• Check insights from the data collected to make an action plan, and suggest mitigation/remedial/course correction.
• Define well-planned and reviewable on-the-job training for teachers
• Planning teachers’ training schedules and contact sessions
• Plan and organize team schedules and responsibilities through area-wise weekly meetings.
• Maintain and record data and make it available in required formats
• Conceptualize, design and create process notes, annexures, new activity proposals and need-based documents, reports and addendums
• Research, evaluate, recommend and assist with the implementation of learning courses

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Qualification: MA/BA with M.Ed/ B.Ed + teaching and supervisory exp, Experience in teachers training is a must

Experience: 5+ years in the educational segment

JOB SPECIFICATIONS :

NATURE OF JOB: Permanent

LOCATION: Deonar

HOURS OF WORK: 8 AM – 4 PM or 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 9 AM – 5 PM or 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

WORKING CONDITIONS:

There are two week offs in a month apart from casual and privilege leaves.
This job will also involve working in challenging community areas with infrastructural and other disadvantages.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹550,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
