Job Description:

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Trainer who has sound knowledge of the technology and a strong understanding of teaching techniques and fundamentals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating learning paths, designing technical training programs, conducting in-house training, and directly contributing to the career growth and development of numerous aspiring tech professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing in-depth training on technologies such as Java, React JS, MongoDB, MySQL, and a solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
2. Creating Learning Paths in collaboration with the Leadership team to develop comprehensive programs and courses.
3. Playing a pivotal role in shaping the careers of thousands of freshers by providing them with the skills they need to secure their first job in the tech industry.
4. Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback, and making necessary improvements.
5. Mentoring students, providing them with career guidance, and helping them navigate the job market.
6. Keeping abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the tech industry to continuously update and improve the training curriculum.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree or other relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Total experience of 1-5 years or above.
3. Familiarity with languages: Java, React, SQL, and web development tools like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Git & GitHub.
4. Up-to-date knowledge and insights on software developer industry trends.
