Requirements:
Good Communication skills
Technically sound explaining skills
Computer skills
Strong knowledge in Java programming and related technologies
Experience in teaching or providing training on Java/MERN and related technologies
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and easy-to-understand manner
Responsibilities:
● Design and deliver engaging training sessions on Full stack web development(MERN/Java stack).
● Create and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments
● Monitor student progress and provide feedback and support to ensure student success
● Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistency in training and to share best practices
● Stay current with the latest web development technologies and trends, and incorporate this knowledge into training sessions
