Job Description:

Knowledge Planet Powered by PhysicsWallah  in search of  dedicated and experienced JEE Advanced (Joint Entrance Examination – Advanced) faculties  to join our educational institution. As a JEE Advanced teacher, you will be responsible for preparing students for one of the most competitive engineering entrance exams in India. Your primary objective will be to ensure that students grasp complex concepts in physics, chemistry, and mathematics and develop problem-solving skills essential for success in the JEE Advanced exam.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the JEE Advanced syllabus.

2. Teach advanced concepts in physics, chemistry, and mathematics with clarity and enthusiasm.

3. Provide personalized attention to students to address their individual learning needs and challenges.

4. Create a stimulating and interactive learning environment that fosters student engagement and participation.

5. Design and administer regular assessments, quizzes, and mock exams to evaluate student progress.

6. Analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

7. Offer guidance and support to students in developing effective study habits and exam preparation techniques.

8. Stay updated on changes to the JEE Advanced exam pattern, syllabus, and question trends.

9. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching methodologies.

10. Communicate effectively with parents to provide feedback on student progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field from a recognized institution.

2. In-depth understanding of the JEE Advanced syllabus and exam pattern.

3. Proven track record of success in teaching JEE Advanced aspirants and achieving high student performance.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

6. Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.

7. Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems.

8. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of advancements in the field of education.

Proffered Qualifications:

1. Masters degree in  related subjects.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in coaching students for competitive exams such as JEE Main, JEE Advanced.

3. Experience working in a reputed coaching institute or educational organization.
