Job Description:

1. Counselor should have exceptional communication, service and interpersonal skills.

2. Perform to close leads developed by media, special events, direct mail and referral sources.

3. Execute prompt inquiries’ follow-up, lead through phone and in writing.

4. Prepare and present presentations to students as well as family members.

Report everything to GM

5. Support prospective residents, family members and advisors in decision-making procedure through understanding needs plus how to meet plus exceed expectations.

6. Develop and maintain relations with students’ referral sources.
