We’re searching for qualified Sales Counsellors to add to our team, and to provide the
excellent customer service and support we’re known for. The ideal candidate should be an
excellent communicator who has a knack for building relationships. With a keen eye on
customer satisfaction, the sales associate answers questions, handle complaints and
maintains a clean, well-organized sales floor. You will be the driving force behind new and
ongoing sales opportunities directly impacting our growth and success.
– Ability to handle target based pressure situations
– Curious learner with ability to adapt to the culture of the organization
– Professional approach in answering phone calls
– Responding promptly to all user inquiries
– Good convincing skills on call with the ability to sell and achieve assigned
targets
– Manage end to end sales cycle with regards to users on the platform
– Maintaining records of transactions, interactions, comments and
complaints
– Provide necessary after-sales support to users over call, WhatsApp
messages and emails
– Engage in appropriate and timely follow-ups
– Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate
redressal
– Ability to share feedback with respective departments for product or
offering enhancement
Skills – Extremely proficient in Kannada, English, and/or specific state vernacular
– Familiarity with online payment methods (Paytm/Google Pay/Phone Pe/UPI
– Knowledge of State and Central Government exams or preferably
preparing for any such examinations
– Good listening and problem-solving skills
– Creative bent of mind
– Highly motivated individual with a go-getter attitude towards work
