Designation – Early Years Facilitator / Head Facilitator
(Preschool and Daycare Teacher) (Only females)

Reporting to – Centre Director

Qualifications – Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECCED, TTC trained) preferred/ any graduation

Experience – 1 to 6 years of teaching experience

Work Timings – 9 am to 6 pm / 9:30 am to 6:30 pm / 10 am to 7 pm / 10:30 am to 7:30 pm one fix time will be allotted by the team.

General Description

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for classroom operations, daily execution of lesson plan and taking care of young children
• Looking after young childrens basic needs such as engaging them in activities, feeding meals, and putting them to nap
• Maintaining order and inculcating good manners and values

Additional Skills

• Tech savvy (MS Office mainly MS Word and MS Excel, Internet)
• Candidate being a young mother herself would be an added advantage
