KL Deemed to be University invites application for Administrative Officer, who is responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks to support the effective functioning of the University.

Roles & Responsibilities include:

  • Good command on UGC, AICTE requirements.
  • Maintain and manage the day-to-day operations of the administrative office.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment and facility maintenance.
  • Maintain and update student records, staff records, and other important documents.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Assist with student admissions, registration, and enrolment processes.
  • Provide information and support to students and their families.
  • Assist in budget management and financial record-keeping.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Plan and organize events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Arrange logistics, such as venue booking, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Stay informed about relevant educational regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure the institute’s adherence to legal and accreditation standards.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an Engineering institutions or Universities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Knowledge of educational systems and regulations is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism and a customer service-oriented mindset.
