In-coming & Out-going Call Handling:

• Handle both in-bound and out-bound calls / emails
• Identify the needs of client requirements & assess the same.
• Providing proper guidance based on the queries raised by the customer.
• Registering lead details in the CRM
• Routing lead details to the concerned business heads
• Follow up on completion of tasks assigned to the business heads

Customer & Staff Engagement

• Exemplify outstanding customer service to all clients in all interactions.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.

General & Administrative

• Adhere and emote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
• Protect client information and always adhere to a strict standard of confidentiality with all client information.
• Utilizing the CRM tools appropriately.
• Undertake any other additional responsibilities required by the organization.

· Also, be well-read on company policies and the website for FAQs or policy-related answers.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
