Roles and Responsibilities
*
Recognise and efficiently explain the benefits of pursuing PGDM from KIAMS
*
Driving enquiries and admissions for the programs running at KIAMS
*
Manage enquiries- Counsel Walk-ins, telephonic, online enquiries and ensure maximum conversion of the leads.
*
Accomplish monthly, quarterly & yearly financial targets, individual goals aligned with business goals.
*
Sustain an elevated level of sales action weekly, and work with other team members to cultivate sales assets for campaigns – to maximize the ROI.
*
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events for Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
*
Area analysis to ensure new business development
Must Haves
*
0-2+ years of experience in consultative B2B/B2C sales atmosphere
*
Previous experience in sales, preferably in Education industry
*
Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles from beginning to end with attaining revenue
- Ability to problem-solve and asses the situation to provide strategies and evaluate options.
*
Outstanding administrative, verbal and written communication skills
*
A team-oriented approach with a capability to form relationships at numerous levels (internally and externally)
*
Knowledge with consultative selling methodologies
*
Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with CRM

Salary: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
