About Us
Kings International is a Europe based educational organisation conducting digitized olympiads in several countries across Europe and Asia. Within just two years, more than 24,000 teachers and 315,000 students have taken part in the olympiads, and the results have been impressive, with an increase of over 20% in students’ average academic achievement.
Kings aims to create fair and accessible academic competition opportunities for students. These competitions consist of two stages, with the first stage being free and the second stage requiring a participation fee.
Now we have arrive in India with a aim to empower millions of students in their journey towards becoming the future leaders.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with country manager in creation of Sales pipeline & lead generation
- Conduct school visits and give demos and make them familiar with Kings vision and mission
- Identify and target schools in designated regions for participation in our olympiad programs
- Initiate outbound sales calls to school administrators, principals, and academic heads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct research to understand the needs and preferences of schools in the education sector
- Retention of partner schools and ensure maximum student participation in olympiads from those schools.
- Maintain strong industry knowledge and support marketing for lead generations
- Track and review data to share with team members and stakeholders
Qualifications
- MBA / Bachelors with a minimum 3 years of Field Sales experience in Edtech
- Relationships with schools in North India is a plus
- Knowledge of K-12 education industry and academic competitions is a plus
- Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our olympiad programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
