We seek a motivated and results-oriented Student Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a Student Recruitment Officer, you will be critical in attracting and enrolling prospective students to our institution. You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, build relationships with schools and community organisations, and guide students through admissions. Your efforts will contribute to the growth and success of our student body.

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet enrollment targets.
• Identify and build relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other educational institutions to promote our institution and its programs.
• Represent the institution at college fairs, career expos, and other recruitment events.
• Conduct presentations and information sessions for prospective students and their families.
• Collaborate with school counsellors, teachers, and community leaders to generate student referrals and facilitate recruitment activities.
• Respond to questions from prospective students, providing accurate and timely information about admission requirements, academic programs, scholarships, and financial aid options.
• Conduct campus tours and coordinate visits for prospective students and their families.
• Help organise and execute recruitment events, open houses, and orientation programs.
• Utilise various communication channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and online platforms, to engage with prospective students and maintain a strong applicant pool.
• Track and analyse recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about current trends in higher education, admissions policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor’s degree, but a Master’s degree in Counselling/Psychology or Marketing is preferred.
• Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a related field is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of educational programs, admissions requirements, and student services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect with students and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, student information systems, and recruitment software.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Commitment to the mission and values of the institution.
