Experience: 1 + year of BBA/MBA teaching experience
Location: Muttukadu, ECR, Chennai
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher is preferred.

As a Business Tutor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch tutoring and guidance to students in various modules, including Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, and Accounting.

Responsibilities:

1. Delivering Effective Tutoring: Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to assist students in understanding complex concepts and principles in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, and Accounting.

2. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the academic team to design and update tutoring materials, study guides, and practice exercises that align with the current curriculum and educational standards.

3. Individualized Support: Identify each student’s unique learning needs and preferences and tailor tutoring approaches accordingly to ensure maximum comprehension and academic growth.

4. Subject Mastery: Demonstrate a strong command of the subjects taught, providing insightful explanations and real-world examples to reinforce theoretical concepts.

5. Assessment and Feedback: Monitor student progress through regular quizzes, mock exams, and assignments. Could you provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance?

6. Time Management: Help students develop practical time management and organizational skills to balance their academic workload effectively.

7. Exam Preparation: Prepare students for exams and assessments, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and strategies to excel in their tests.

8. Communication and Rapport: Build positive relationships with students, fostering a comfortable and conducive learning environment that encourages open communication and academic engagement.

9. Stay Updated: Please stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in business-related fields to ensure you have up-to-date and relevant tutoring sessions.

Requirements:

1. Expertise: Proven expertise and in-depth knowledge of Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, and Accounting concepts, principles, and theories.

2. Tutoring Experience: Prior experience tutoring or teaching relevant subjects, with a successful track record of student improvement and academic success.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and understandably.

4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, understand their individual needs, and motivate them to excel.

5. Patience and Empathy: A patient and empathetic attitude towards students’ learning challenges and the ability to provide support and encouragement effectively.

6. Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using technology for tutoring, online learning platforms, and virtual sessions.

7. Passion for Education: A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals.
