# Responsible for Academic Coordination among Teachers, Parents & School Management
# Responsible for effective implementation of Academic plans as defined by the HO & School Leadership
# Responsible for observation of classes assigned on a daily basis
# Responsible for cross-verification of notebook corrections of all grades assigned.
# Responsible for maintenance of all Academic logs by all teachers in the School ERP.

# Conducting Chapter-wise tests for each grade and compiling the result for the same. Share a detailed analysis of the same on a weekly basis. Maintain trends for each child, subject, and class. # Identify the need for remedial classes. Plan and arrange for conducting the same.

# Planning & execution of all Outdoor Learning Activities – Field Trips, Guest Lectures, Movies, Annual Trips, Class Assemblies.

Parent Communication
# Responsible for all academic communications to parents from time to time. Keeping them updated about all academic activities planned and their child’s progress.
# Responsible for planning & conducting of PTMs and Culmination Activities.

Training & Development
# Responsible for identifying the training needs of teachers and arranging for the training programs for the same.
# Coordination and conduction of Faculty Development Programs (FDP) on a regular basis. Report for the same to be shared with the Management group.

# FDP Envisaged in the near future – Book reading Sessions, Newspaper Reading Sessions, Spoken English Sessions, Computer Training Sessions, Outdoor visits.

Coordinator profile:
# Must be honest, unbiased, and high on job integrity.
# Must be flawless and fluent in English Communication
# Must be tech-savvy with a stronghold on G Suite (Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Classroom, Google Sites, Drive, Calendar, Meet), MS Excel, MS Powerpoint & MS Word.
# Must complete Google n Apple Certification within 3 months of appointment
# Must be available 24*7 as per the need of the job and should be complaining about working hours & extensions etc as the profile demands an extreme level of dedication & commitment.
# General work hours should be 8.30 am – 5.30 pm (Extendable to 6.30 on some occasions)
# Must be open to travel across the country for conferences, and visiting different schools for learning.
# A quick learner open to new ideas and learning pedagogy.
# Good at PR with an ability to connect and bond with Teachers and Parents

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
