• Design and implement a curriculum that is engaging, developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive
• Use a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to meet the learning needs of all children
• Plan and facilitate activities that promote childrens physical, cognitive, social and creative development
• Provide a nurturing and safe environment that fosters positive relationships and emotional well-being
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to update them on childrens progress and share best practices for home and school learning
• Support and mentor staff members to promote a positive learning culture and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and health and safety guidelines
