JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work directly with the Curriculum and Training team on all curriculum and training-related activities for the various Kido schools at all geographic locations.
- Maintain and update all curriculum and training systems (Manula, Training BOT, Assessment BOT, MyKido, etc.) – uploading, formatting, editing, and updating content, and managing backend analytics and required reporting.
- Maintaining user lists for all geographical locations and liaising with local teams for user updates.
- Ensure through effective communication that all country teams are able to access curriculum and training systems and liaise with them regularly.
- Assigning curriculum and training content as per the respective country and/or designation level access.
- Creating system backups of all systems on a periodic basis.
- A regular check of the ********@kido.school / **********@kido.school (alias) email ID for staff updates on newly joined or leaving staff and update the respective systems and databases these staff changes affect.
- Monitor data on all of Kido’s curriculum, assessment, and training systems for accuracy and completeness, and take proactive action to implement data improvement with a full understanding of the wider impact of any data changes
- Awareness of GDPR Data Protection protocols and confidentiality of data and all of Kido’s curriculum, training, and assessment systems.
- To assist in the production of reports and statistical information on learners, users, programs, and modules for internal and external purposes.
Requirements
Education / Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level or possess other equivalent and relevant experience.
- Experience in using MS Office products to a good standard, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel Experience with education administration and, in particular, issues relating to staff data management
- Familiarity with using and reporting from large relational databases (e.g., staff records management system) with accuracy and attention to detail and in using software tools to manipulate data.
- Proven ability to liaise with various levels of staff across a large multinational organization with several geographic locations.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
