• The Tele-Counsellor is a part of the admissions team and convert the leads into sales.
• Should have good spoken English and Hindi skills and positive attitude. Fresher’s can also apply.
• Attend and make calls for customer inquiries, understand their requirement and guide them to our Courses(Online/offline).
• Explain KSG COURSES details to the customer and guide them to visit our institute premises.
• Maintain database and reports
• Make outbound calls to recruit prospective students from the point of inquiry to matriculation.
• Write personalized message/email to prospective students.
• Work Schedule: 6 days (including weekends), Any one weekly off
