Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Manager located in Coimbatore. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training and development programs, managing the learning management system, designing instructional materials, and creating leadership development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Training & Development, Learning Management, and Training skills
- Experience in Instructional Design
- Leadership Development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
