Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic early childhood educators who can create a safe, nurturing, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment that supports the academic, emotional, social, and developmental growth of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons using activity-based, play-based, and experiential learning methodologies.
- Conduct phonics, pre-literacy, numeracy, storytelling, rhymes, and sensory development activities.
- Foster language development, confidence, classroom participation, and social interaction among students.
- Maintain classroom discipline, routines, cleanliness, and child safety standards at all times.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, classroom displays, and learning resources.
- Observe, record, and assess student developmental milestones and academic progress.
- Maintain student portfolios, anecdotal records, and progress documentation.
- Build positive relationships with parents and provide regular feedback regarding student growth.
- Participate actively in school events, celebrations, assemblies, and academic initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Montessori / ECCE / Nursery Teacher Training / B.Ed preferred.
- Both experienced candidates and freshers with strong subject knowledge, passion for teaching, and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent spoken English and strong classroom communication skills.
- Passion for working with young children with patience, warmth, and creativity.
