Job Role:
– Coordinate and Conduct training programs (process and soft skills) for employees
– Customize training content as per regional needs and monitor floor performance using on the job training (OJT)
– Guide and contribute towards process and skill improvement training
– Update and maintain training content and database
– Train, assess and implement activities to effect improvement in E-mail writing skills and grammar.
– Coach and develop teams through leadership and assertiveness.
– Assessing relevant training needs for individuals.
– Aid the Operations team in improving performance on customer service, team motivation and teamwork.
– Documenting training progress and reporting it to training / Operations.
– Ensure that the current knowledge is updated regularly through huddles, monitoring, etc.
