Role andResponsibilities:
The BusinessDevelopment Manager (BDM) will play a crucial role in executing B2Bsales strategies to our clients. The primary responsibility of theBDM is to build strong business relationships by identifyingdeveloping negotiating and closing deals. Key responsibilitiesinclude:
  • Locating developing anddefining potential businessrelationships
  • Discovering and exploring newbusiness opportunities
  • Analyzing marketstrategies and deal requirements
  • Presenting andpromoting our products and services to keystakeholders
  • Increasing revenue throughupselling and crossselling to existingschools
  • Ensuring maximum client satisfactionthrough excellent aftersales service andproblemsolving

CandidateQualifications:
To excel inthis role candidates must possess the followingqualifications:
  • 12 years ofexperience in B2B sales or institutional sales preferably in theeducation or EdTech sectors
  • Bachelors ormasters degree in any business discipline
  • Fastlearner with a strong command of interpersonal and communicationskills
  • Understanding of the education andperforming arts industry and the needs of teachers and schoolleaders
  • Comprehensive experience in using CRMsystems
  • Excellent negotiationskills
