Role description
Your major role to teach, track and monitor students’ performance. Our core value is patient teaching and outcome based learning. You shall be entitled to this nature of work and handle tasks proactively being a problem solver. We expect candidates with great transparency and open communication to help us enable an optimal work environment.

• Good music knowledge, practical and theory (Keyboard, Piano or Guitar)

Responsibilities

• Conduct music classes as per schedule and requirement
• Communicate with your mentor to receive daily tasks and complete it
• Manage student performance
• Create and modify learning content
• Critical brain storming with management
• Fill timesheet by EOD of every working day
• Fill your daily learnings log

Work schedule

• 6-day work week (Monday holiday)
• Work hours – Full-time
• All working days – 11 am to 8 pm

• Work hours – Part-time
• Weekdays – 3 pm to 8 pm
• Weekends – 5 hours as per requirement

Terms

• 14-day paid probation followed by 1-month paid training
• You shall be hired after successful completion of training
• 2 leaves per month out of which 1 is a paid leave

Compensation and benefits

Probation – 14 days – You get 50% of your monthly compensation

Training – 1 month – You get full salary without bonus

Pay – Rs.12000 to Rs.25000

Yearly bonus – Rs.50000

Interview agenda

We are looking for a best fit. Be respectful, be calm, be yourself.

Round 1 – Telephonic interview – 15 minutes

• What we expect?
• Clear explanation of your intent, language and moral character

Round 2 – Online interview – 20 minutes

• Showcase your skill
• You will be asked to play for 1 minute. Showcase the best songs.

• Music knowledge
• An assessment shall be conducted during the interview
• Your screen needs to be share and video must be turned on throughout the interview
• You cannot refer any material or get help during the assessment

Topics for assessment

• Basic symbols, staff notations, sheet music performance directions, time signature, key signature, Tempo, Dynamics
• Basic hearing test
• Major, Minor chords
• Melodic change (2 examples will be played and you must tell if the notes were same or there was a difference)
• Rhythmic change (2 examples will be played and you must tell if the rhythms were same or there was a difference)

• About music exams (instruments, best colleges in the world)
• Music genres
• DAW softwares
• Musescore
