Job Responsibilities:

• Connecting and advising working professionals for career development programs is one of the duties of the position.
• Cold calling the leads and database in an effort to increase sales.
• Promoting planning processes in line with the candidate’s profile
• Keeping in touch with the candidates through calls, mailers, and meetings.
• Keeping track of candidates’ databases and records
• The monthly accomplishment of the set targets.
• Adhering to pre- and post-sales processes.
• Participate actively as a team player to boost sales.
