• Making out-bound calls explaining about study abroad options & allied services
• Receiving incoming enquiries regarding overseas education from prospective customers
• Understanding customer needs thereby to provide appropriate solutions
• Refer or assign students to respective counsellors for further assistance
• Must be able to convert leads & referrals into prospective candidates.
• Follow-up on regular basis with potential customers
• Should be well-versed in spoken English & local languages
• Should have excellent verbal communications & convincing skills.
