Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities

· Hiring Blue Collar Jobs

· Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications

· Generation and maintenance of various trackers & reports

· Develop pool of qualified candidates

· Take care of day to day HR activities/operations

· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers etc

· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

· Coordinate with hiring manager and participate in the interviewing panel. Communicate results to the candidate and the organization for all selections.

· Provide inductions to the new joiners. Onboard new employees and Maintain employee files and records

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
