ResponsibilitiesFacilitate live, high-energy training sessions using our in-house curriculum and frameworks Act as a learning facilitator in both online and offline environments for working professionals
Train students on subjects like public speaking, negotiation, innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship, etc
Create an open and inclusive learning environment
Understand the learning needs of the student and create personalised learning journeys for students to help achieve desired learning outcomes
Engage students through different formats & methodologies
Probe learners to ask questions and think deeply about concepts and their application in a real-life context
Document training sessions and prepare progress reports
Requirements:An energetic and lively personality
Great command of the English language
Excellent communication skills, presentation, and public speaking skills.Willingness to unlearn and learn new thinking skills with strong analytical abilities
Good screen presence
Presence of mind to handle client queries
Adaptable to non-conventional methods of teaching
Ability to facilitate the class with minimal supervision
Open to feedback and acceptance of constructive criticism
Comfortable with technology and dealing with digital content
Comfortable teaching all age groups
Available to work on weekends
Available to work from the office between 11 am – 9 pm
