We are looking for facilitators who are passionate about helping children become 21st Century ready by helping them think better, speak better and work better. The trainer would be

responsible for delivering modules on the 4Cs i.e. communication, critical thinking, creativity &

collaboration.

Responsibilities

Be a learning facilitator in an online environment for students between the age of 4-17

Create an open and inclusive learning environment

Train students on subjects like public speaking, innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship

Engage students through fun formats & methodologies

Create personalized learning journeys for students & help achieve desired learning outcomes

Probe learners to ask questions and think deeply about concepts and their application in a real-life context

Requirements

Energetic and Lively

Great command of the English language

Good screen presence

Drive conversations with the students and parents

Presence of mind to handle parent queries

Believe in conceptual learning

Adapt to non-conventional methods of teaching

Facilitate the class with minimal supervision

Open to feedback and accept constructive criticism

Comfortable with technology and dealing with digital content
