We have an exciting career opportunity within the Role based development group of the TE (HR) team. We are looking for a learning agile individual who has strong experience in heading the overall TE team by conducting / facilitating behavioural & leadership programs for Junior-to-leadership level audience in face-to-face & virtual mode.

You Are All Set To

Research, design, develop, deliver, and evaluates training initiatives that promote people capabilities throughout the organization, and you will Lead our overall TE practice across different locations by Facilitating strong behavioural/leadership development sessions for the delivery/business team of our organization (especially for the critical role holders and leaders)

You Are Someone Who

• Strategize and execute the designed charter for Delivery Leaders
• Conduct need analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture requirements for future programs/workshops.
• Conceptualize & design new programs/workshops based on emerging needs through innovative methods & channels (e.g., instructor led, e-Learning, blended leaning etc.)
• Work closely with extended HR teams & other stakeholders for execution of programs as well as key L&D initiatives across the organization; create visibility of the charter.
• Build continuous connect with leaders to analyse how critical role holders can apply the learnings in their job roles and refine the offerings to enhance learning outcome/impact.
• Create evaluation and improvement methods for enhancing the effectiveness of learning sessions/journeys.

You Bring In

• Strong experience of facilitating training / group learning sessions in soft-skills area
• Experience/background in IT delivery/business (project/program/account level)
• Exposure to working as part of a group involved in training, competency building or learning consultation would be an added advantage.
• The role also demands superior analytics acumen to identify areas / facilities which require extra emphasis on training.
• Should be a self-starter and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High quality written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all levels in the organization (managing stakeholders)
• Ability to work with diverse teams.
• Expected to have high Initiative/drive and be learning agile.

Your Qualification Is

MBA preferred (Basic Education level bachelor’s degree)
