Our Preschool is on the hunt for a dynamic and driven personality for the role of Academic Counsellor (Female).

· You will be in charge of overseeing the promotion of our company’s brand.

· As a successful hire, you will be responsible for developing pricing strategies, identifying new customers, supporting lead generation efforts, creating promotions, and creating and meeting marketing objectives.

· You will be in charge of developing and managing our company’s advertising campaigns.

· You will be entitled for telephonic counselling, video counselling if required.

· You will be required to do regular follow up with leads and Converting student enquiries to admissions.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

· MBA in Marketing or BA/MA in Communications, Sociology, Psychology or related areas of study.

· Ability to travel for seminars and training.

· Prior experience as a guidance counsellor, student services professional, educator, or another student advisory position.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

· Organized and precise in work practices.

· Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.

· Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.

· Ability to quickly adapt to change.
