Roles & Responsibilities:
Abroad Academic Counselling for prospective Indian students and their guardians over the call and in person:

· Scheduling appointments and conducting Counselling in-office and virtual

· Helping students to choose the right course and location for their study needs

· Advising helpful measures and actions like courses, certificates etc to have a better profile for respective student’s application(s)

· Promote “Kanan test prep” products & services in the target market, wherever necessary and generate revenue

· Conversion of Leads into Admission

· Continuously upgrading knowledge on new emerging courses/ colleges knowledge for assigned market(s)

· To network with Institutions and key decision makers

· SPOC for prospects from lead to admission and to extend post admission services

· Creating the need for smart learning and advising student-parent to choose our services

· Regular activities to convert negative leads into positive leads

· Maintain data and reports on a daily basis
Willingness to work in extra time if required

Profile:

· Excellent Communication in English and Hindi is mandatory

· Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behaviour

· Must have minimum 2 Years of relevant work Experience in Telephonic/ Virtual Counselling, Inside Sales/ Marketing and is able to take 80-90 calls

· Enthusiastic and self paced personnel for achieving and exceeding business targets

· Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Sound knowledge of lead generation, digital marketing tools, social media platforms to do justice with role

· Confident and have strong presentation skills

Fluency in other regional languages are an added advantage

Salary: ₹9,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
