Kalvi Hiring For Admission Counsellor at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Full Time

We are looking for Admission Counsellors to join our team and engage with our mission to change the higher education landscape of the country. We want individuals who can ideate, innovate and create to reach new heights. There are no boundaries we are afraid to explore and no stones we won’t upturn to solve the current skill gap perpetuated by antiquated engineering curriculums.

As Kalvi ventures into areas unexplored, we need to spread awareness by helping students be fully aware of their options and understand the benefits of joining the Kalvi Program. Students will need explanation regarding what Kalvi is offering and why the course we are offering will help them achieve their aims in life. It will be your responsibility to understand the product and convey its features with clarity. Remember, if they are speaking to you, it means that they are interested and curious.

Responsibilities

• Assess students interest, aptitude, and abilities in order to assist in understanding fitment for the Kalvi Program
• Counsel students effectively and handle enquiries in person and over call
• Follow up with interested students for enrollment/conversion
• Plan and implement programs to help students with career decisions, such as workshops and other events
• Be a champion advocate of the software engineering programs powered by Kalvi

Requirements

• Currently pursuing graduation or a fresher with immense interest in student counselling
• Excellent English language communication, interpersonal and counselling skills
• Demonstrated ability to make sound analytical judgements and take ownership of situations, without close supervision
• Open to a fast-paced work environment filled with ambiguity and excitement
• Possess growth mindset and a hustling attitude
• Very passionate about the field of education
• Proficiency in spoken Hindi

If you’re a fresher – It will be an internship for three months with a stipend of 20,000/- which will be convertible to a 4-7L CTC post internship period.

If you’re an experienced professional – Attractive hikes based on your last drawn compensation

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
