Role & Responsibilities

• Creating and curating interactive and engaging modules to build 21st Century Skills for students aged between 4-17 years. These modules will be delivered to diverse learners via live lessons conducted by our tutors.

• Conducting research and collaborating with educators, subject experts, and other professionals to develop quality curriculum and learning resources.

• Establishing feasible timeframes to achieve the goals and objectives outlined in the curriculum.

• Creating and curating stimulating lesson plans and recommending interesting additional resources.

• Developing a range of digital resources to optimize classroom learning and ensure ongoing learning outside of formal settings.

• Conceptualizing performance tasks for each module to help build student projects & portfolios.

• Creating supplementary teacher and student guides, as well as resource packs.

• Collecting feedback from students, teachers, and clients.

• Monitoring student progress and making relevant changes to the curriculum.

• Collaborating with other writers, graphic designers, and web designers to create new learning resources.

• Setting up formal and informal assessments to gauge the effectiveness of curriculum and track student progress.

• Developing supplementary materials and modules for homework.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
