Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1)Take prospects (Parents) from initial contact phase to the qualified contact phase over the phone.
2)Take complete ownership of sales life cycle management (After demo), Coordinate and resolve customer issues in collaboration with cross- functional teams.
3)Encourage Kaizen offering, product adoption, drive engagement and usage and motivate customers to achieve effective learning outcomes.
4)Guide students/parents throughout their journey by directing them to right resources, valuable content and programme learning.
5)Inform students/parents about the product / content upgrades and new features
6)Monitor students’ progress/Feedback and mentoring support with respect to any specific issues.
7)Use and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
8)Solve day-to-day product related queries and follow-ups.
9)Proven ability to generate new business revenue, source leads and close sales
10)Ability to understand and articulate value proposition and customer ROI.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹350,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
