Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in procedures and luggage handling
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and airport property
• Operate and maintain airport equipment such as baggage handling systems, scanners, and conveyors
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and timely departures
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers and respond to their queries and concerns.
• Follow all airport rules and regulations and ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Skills And Qualifications

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy bags and stand for long periods of time
• Prior experience in the aviation industry will be an added advantage.
